Firstly, Please make your inquiry by contact form. Then we will reply bock within 2 business days. It's free to estimate design for you. so please feel free to contact us.We listen to your inquiry in detail.

Draft Design
We'll send you 3 patterns of draft design, firstly to clarily your request image.

Payment
Please make a payment by Pay pal (Credit cards acceb ted.) wich correspond to 203 countries, areas and multilingual support. If you want to know more, please go to the website. → Paypal
* Payment must be paid in advance.

Making Works
Calligrapher will start to work her work for you when your payment is confirmed. She’ll suggests an idea of your design by email. It takes about 2 weeks.
Please choose you favorate design.

Delivery
We deliver the logo or tatoo design by the data you can downlood like PSD or JPG. Basically, we use EMS to dispatch works to you by Intertational Shipping when we Send the work like a Japanes fan, Kakejiku, framed work.
* The works may be taxed when we sendthem from Japan to overseas countries.
* Custom duty is paid by customers.

Cancellation
If you want to cancell the work you ordered, we under take your order cancellation and regular cancellation fee that is specified estimate set will be charged in advance. Morever, if a customer wants to remake or modify the design drastically because of the customer’s personal preferences,the customer’s order will be cancelled and have to reorder again.
